• Listening. Last but not least, be a good listener. This means keeping good eye contact and an open posture by not crossing your arms or legs, and being able to paraphrase what the speaker has said before giving your opinion.

कॉलेज की छुट्टियाँ थी। इन छुटियों मे बहुत समय बाद हॉस्टल से  अपने घर गया था। एक दिन मै बाहर टहलने गया तो मुझे वहाँ अपना एक पुराना मित्र मिल गया। हम दोनों एक दूसरे का हालचाल पूछने लगे। तभी मेरे मित्र ने एक सवाल मुझ पर दाग दिया जो अक्सर हम इंजीनियरिंग के छात्रों को सुनने को मिलता है - "Teri Back Kitni Aayi Hain?" ख़ुशी ख़ुशी मैंने इस सवाल का उत्तर दिया - "मेरी एक भी बैक नहीं है :)" इस पर मेरे मित्र ने कहा "इसका मतलब तू इंजीनियरिंग सही से नहीं कर रहा। जब तक बहुत सारी बैक न आ जायें तब तक वो इंजीनियरिंग नहीं कहलाती। " उसके इस जवाब ने मुझ पर एक गहरा सवाल छोड़ दिया। क्या वो लोग गलत हैं जो इंजीनियरिंग कर रहे हैं और अपना ध्यान भी इंजीनियरिंग पर ही दे रहे हैं न की किसी दूसरी फ़ालतू बातों पर ?

आजकल बहुत सी ऐसी गलत बातें हैं जो फेसबुक , मीडिया एवं मूवीज के माध्यम से सही बना कर पेश की जा रही हैं। हम अक्सर वही करते हैं जो हम आस पास देखते हैं। आजकल की कोई मूवी हमारी इस नयी पीढ़ी को यह नहीं बता रही की हमे अपने देश के लिए कुछ करना है। हमे अपने जीवन में कैसे आगे बढ़ना है। बस एक ही टॉपिक पर सब मूवीज बन जाती हैं - एक लड़का, एक लड़की और पूरी मूवी अश्लील द्रश्यों से भर जाती है। ये सब देख कर क्या सीखेगा आज का युवा? आजकल तो गाने भी कुछ मतलब के नहीं बनते। गानों के बोल कुछ भी हों, बस वीडियो मे अश्लीलता होनी चाहिए। अपने आस पास के parks, restaurants और अन्य सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर लड़के लड़कियां अश्लील हरकते करते हुए दिख ही जाते हैं। अभी कुछ दिन पहले एक कक्षा 11 की एक लड़की से मैं बात कर रहा था। उसने कहा "There is a Difference Between Sensuality and Vulgarality. There is nothing wrong in publicly kissing your boyfriend. We see in movies, they also do that." ये बात एक कक्षा 11 की लड़की ट्विटर जैसे सार्वजनिक मंच पर कहती है! अब तो 8th class तक पहुचते पहुचते कई बार ब्रेक अप भी हो चुके होते हैं बच्चों के।  आखिर क्या हो रहा है ये हमारे देश मे? इस मीडिया और इन मूवीज ने हमारे संस्कारों की धज्जियां उड़ा दी हैं। अब यूथ के दिन की शुरुआत फेसबुक पर लड़की ढूंढने से होती है। जिसके पास लड़की पहले से है उसकी भी और जिसके पास नहीं है उसकी भी। अरे एक लड़की से काम कहाँ चलता है , बहुत सारी लड़कियां पटानी हैं। बस एक यही aim बन चुका है , लड़की पटाना !

और ये मीडिया वाले। इनका फेसबुक पेज दिन भर "Ladki ko kaise kare impress?" "Jaaniye Aisa kya kahe jisse ladki aap ki ho jaaegi" "Bla Bla Actor/Cricketer ka Bla Bla Actress se chakkar chal raha hai?" "aisi baate jo flirt karne k liye hain jaroori" देश के इतने बड़े न्यूज़ चैनल्स से हम उम्मीद करते हैं की वो कुछ न्यूज़ दिखाएंगे। कुछ ऐसा दिखाएंगे और करेंगे जिससे देश का भला हो। लेकिन कहानी तो उलटी ही है और यह बहुत घातक भी साबित हो सकती हो आने वाले समय में. और तो और जो कमी बाकी रह गयी थी वो विज्ञापनों ने पूर्ण कर दी!

फेसबुक पर पॉलिटिक्स सेक्शन में हम मे से अधिकतर ने  लिखा होता है "I Hate Politics." भाईसाहब, अगर आप  ही पॉलिटिक्स को हेट करोगे तो बदलाव लाएगा कौन ? आपको बदलाव भी चाहिए और करना भी कुछ नहीं चाहते। बस आप चाहते हो कोई दूसरा आये और वही सब बदलाव लेकर आ जाए। फिर अगर वो इंसान आपकी इतनी बड़ी बड़ी expectations पूरी नहीं कर पाता तो आप उसे गालियां देते हो और जिसको आपने इतना ऊपर चढ़ाया होता है उसे जमीन पर पटक देते हो। सिर्फ काला चश्मा पहन कर फेसबुक पर लड़कियों के  सामने स्टाइल मारने से कुछ नहीं होगा। हमे खुद कुछ करना होगा बदलाव लाने के लिए। सरकार हमसे ही बनती है। अगर सरकार को सही करना है तो पहले हमे खुद सही होना पड़ेगा।

हमारे देश की कुल आबादी में से 65 प्रतिशत युवा हैं। मगर यह बात इतनी अच्छी भी नहीं है। इसका दूसरा पहलु यह है की आज से कुछ साल बाद ऐसा समय भी आएगा जब  65 प्रतशत वृद्ध होंगे देश में। इसका मतलब यह है की अगर आज हमने कुछ नहीं किया तो हम अपने देश का भविष्य खतरे में डाल देंगे। मै उम्मीद करता हूँ हम लोग बदलेंगे खुद को। अगर हम बदल गए तो इस देश की राजनीति, मूवीज और मीडिया सब बदल जाएगा और' एक दिन हमारा देश भी एक Developed Nation होगा....

कभी न थमने वाला शहर मुंबई। मै अपने घर पर आराम से सो रहा था की तभी माँ की आवाज़ आई। "बेटा जल्दी उठो 9 बज गए हैं। 2 घंटे बाद तुम्हारी फ्लाइट है। " मै एक झटके मे उठ गया। मुझसे मिलिए, मै हु अभिमन्यु। हिन्दुस्तान की एक जानी मानी सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी का सीईओ। सिर्फ 26 साल का हूँ मै। दुनिया मेरी वाह वाही करती है की किस तरह मैं अपने माँ-बाप की गरीबी के बावजूद भी इस मुकाम तक पंहुचा। मुझे भी बहुत अच्चा लगता है अपने माँ-बाप को मेरी वजह से खुश होता देख। दुनिया के लिए मै बहुत खुश इंसान हूँ। और होऊं भी क्यों ना?? सब कुछ तो है मेरे पास। नाम ,पैसा सब कुछ। रुकिए ,शायद मैं अब भी खुश नहीं हूँ। करियर की ऊँची नीची लहरों मे मैं खुद को खो चुका था। मेरा दिन कंप्यूटर के सामने शुरू होता और कंप्यूटर के सामने ख़तम। अपने लिए समय ही कहाँ था। लेकिन मैं ऐसा नहीं था। कॉलेज मे हमेशा खुश रहेने वाला ये लड़का आज बिलकुल बदल चुका था। मै अपने कॉलेज के री-यूनियन में देहरादून जा रहा था। 2 दिन पहले मेरे जिगरी दोस्त विनय का फ़ोन आया था मुझे रीयूनियन मे बुलाने के लिए। उसकी जिद के आगे हार मान के मैंने आने का फैसला किया। मैं फटाफट तैयार हो कर घर से निकल गया। माँ ने दही खिलाते हुए कहा "पहुच के फ़ोन जरूर करना और खूब मज़े करना वहां।" मैंने थोडा सा चिढ के कहा "हाँ हाँ माँ " और मैं एअरपोर्ट के लिए निकल पड़ा। मैं अपने हवाई जहाज़ मे बैठ गया और वो उड़ने लगा। हवाई जहाज़ मे याद के एक झोंके ने मानो सारे जख्म टटोल दिए। मै अपनी सीट पे बैठा रो रहा था। हाह देहरादून ….वही शहर जिसे मै बहुत पीछे छोड़ चुका था,जहाँ की सब कडवी यादों को भुला चुका था ,आज दोबारा उसी शहर मे पहुचने वाला था। एक घंटे के अन्दर हवाई जहाज़ देहरादून लैंड हो गया। मैंने अपने आंसू पोंछे और बाहर आ गया। यहाँ मेरे स्वागत के लिए लोगों की भीड़ लगी थी। कई लोगो को ऑटोग्राफ भी दिए अपने। उसके बाद मै कॉलेज की तरफ से मुझे लाने के लिए भेजी गयी गाडी में बैठ के कॉलेज को जाने लगा। मैं अपनी यादों में खोया ही हुआ था तभी विनय का फ़ोन आया। भाई जल्दी आ,तेरा ही इंतज़ार हो रहा है। मैंने हिचकिचाते हुए दबी आवाज़ मे पूछा "आस्था भी आई है क्या??" विनय को अंदाजा था की मैं ये सवाल जरूर पूछुंगा। उसने कहा "छोड़ ना भाई उसे किसका नाम ले लिया। हाँ वो आई है अपने पति के साथ।" विनय को अंदाजा था की अभी आस्था की यादें मेरी आँखों के आगे कौंध रही होंगी। उसने बात बदल के मुझे हँसाने की कोशिश की। मैंने अजीब सा रिएक्शन देते हुए कहा "यार पहुँच के बात करता हूँ ना।" मुझे नहीं पता था कैसे उसे फेस करूँगा मैं। पर फिर भी एक छोटी सी ख़ुशी भी थी की 5 साल बाद उसे देख पाउँगा। मैं जानना चाहता था की वो कैसी है कहाँ है। मैं खिड़की से बाहर देहरादून की ये सड़के और ट्रैफिक देख रहा था। जरा भी बदला हुआ नहीं लग रहा था ये शहर। यूँ तो कॉलेज छोड़े 5 साल हो चुके थे पर लग रहा था मानो कल की ही बात हो। कुछ ही समय में मैं पहुँच गया अपने कॉलेज। वहाँ पहुँचते ही मेरा जोरदार स्वागत किया गया। कॉलेज के सभी स्टूडेंट मुझसे हाथ मिलान चाहते थे और मेरी सक्सेस के बारे में जानना चाहते थे। कुलपति सर ने मुझसे आग्रह किया की रीयूनियन फंक्शन के बाद एक स्पीच दूँ अपनी लाइफ। पर मैं कुछ बोलने की हालत मैं कहाँ था। मैंने कहा "माफ़ कीजिये सर। फंक्शन के बाद मुझे जल्दी जाना होगा वापस मुंबई। फिर कभी आउंगा यहाँ अपने कॉलेज में यहाँ के स्टूडेंट्स से मिलने। " इसके बाद मैं सीधा पहुँच गया रीयूनियन फंक्शन में। रास्ते में कॉलेज की वो सीडियां भी दिखी जिन पर मैं और आस्था कभी घंटो बैठा करते थे। पार्टी हॉल के अन्दर पहुंचा तो लगा की पुराने दिन वापस आ गए हों। सब एक दुसरे को पुराने नामों से बुला रहे थे। यहाँ मुझे दूसरो से ज्यादा तवज्जो मिल रही थी। मुझे ये बिलकुल पसंद नहीं आ रहा था। ये पैसा कितना फर्क पैदा कर देता है लोगो में। आजकल इज्ज़त,दोस्ती ,प्यार सब पैसे से बांध गया है। पुराने दोस्तों की हंसी मज़ाक के बीच एक जानी पहचानी सी आवाज़ ने मुझे पुकारा। पीछे मुड कर देखा तो आस्था खड़ी थी। वही आस्था जो कॉलेज टाइम में मेरी बेस्ट buddy हुआ करती थी और मेरा पहला और आखरी प्यार भी … ये इश्क भी बड़ी अजीब चीज़ है। अजीब सी ख़ुशी मिलती है इसके दर्द को सहने में। वो मेरे पास आई और ऐसे बोली मानो कुछ हुआ ही ना हो "Hi Abhi … कैसे हो ?? इनसे मिलो ये हैं मेरे पति आदित्य।" मैंने झूठी मुस्कराहट को अपने चेहरे पर टाँगे उसके पति से हाथ मिलाया। उसके पति किसी और से बात करने लगे तभी मैंने आस्था से बोला "ओई आस्था शादी के बाद तो बिलकुल भूल ही गयी मुझे ?? तेरे पति को जलन होती है क्या तेरे मुझसे बात करने से ??" "नहीं paglu (वो मुझे इस नाम से बुलाया करती थी हमेशा ) ऐसी कोई बात नहीं है। He is very open minded (हँसते हुए )। बस अपनी शादी की जिंदगी में बहुत बिजी हो गयी हूँ। और तू कैसा है ?? congrats कहाँ से कहाँ पहुच गया तू तो। और शादी कब कर रहा है ?? तेरे लिए तो दुनिया की सारी लड़कियां पागल हैं। " हमेशा की तरह अपने emotions नहीं रोक पाया और उसे बोला "तेरे जाने के बाद किसी और से प्यार कहाँ कर पाया मैं ?? तेरे बिना जीना नहीं आता मुझे। पैसा तो बहुत है पर जिंदगी में आज भी एक ऐसी कमी है जो कभी पूरी हो ही नहीं सकती। " थोडा सोचते हुए उसने मुझे समझाते कहा "तू पागल हो गया है। क्या है मुझ में ऐसा ? तुझे तो कोई भी मिल जाएगी यार। मेरी शादी हो चुकी है अब। मैंने तुमको कभी दोस्त से ज्यादा कुछ नहीं देखा। यह मैंने तुझे कॉलेज में भी बहुत बार समझाया था ना " उसके इन शब्दों को सुन के ऐसा लगा जैसे सारी गलती मेरी ही है। मैं ही खामाखाँ मझनु बन गया था आस्था के प्यार में ,वो बेचारी तो आज भी मुझे अपना दोस्त समझती है वरना इतना नहीं समझाती। ना जाने क्यों हम यह चाहने लगते हैं की जो लोग हमारे पास रहते हैं वो हमे उन्ही नजरों से देखे जिन नज़रों से हम उन्हें देखते हैं। अचानक अपनी इस गहरी सोच से बहार निकलते हुए मैंने आस्था को कहा "हाँ आस्था तुम सही हो। मैं शादी कर लूंगा जल्दी ही। तुम चिंता मत करो " "चल बढ़िया मेरे दोस्त। मुझे जरूर बुलाना अपनी शादी में (हँसते हुए )" मै और आस्था बातें कर ही रहे थे तभी उसका पति आदित्य आ गया। वो excuse me बोल कर आस्था को थोडा अकेले मे ले जा कर कुछ बातें करने लगा। तभी मै भी अपने कॉलेज टाइम के दूसरे दोस्तों से बातों मे लग गया। कुछ देर बाद आस्था और उसका पति मेरे पास आये और आस्था मुझसे कहा "ok abhi..we have to leave now.I dont know ab hum kab mil paayenge. Take Care" मैंने भी मुस्कुरा कर आस्था और आदित्य को बाय कह दिया। आस्था से मिल कर जो एक छोटी सी ख़ुशी का एहसास हुआ था ,उसके जाते ही वो खत्म हो गया। एक बार फिर दिल मे वही गम लौट आया। अभी री-यूनियन खत्म होने मे समय था पर मैंने अपने काम का झूठा बहाना बनाते हुए सबको उस ही समय अलविदा कह कर अपने कॉलेज के गेस्ट रूम में आ गया जो मुझे रुकने के लिए मिला था। विनय का बार बार फ़ोन आ रहा था। चिढते हुए मैंने फ़ोन पर विनय से कहा "प्लीज मुझे अकेला छोड़ दे। प्लीज। " यह बोल कर मैंने फ़ोन काट दिया और अपना फ़ोन बंद कर दिया। में बैठ कर रो रहा था। अब बस मैं हूँ और मेरी तन्हाई……………

Nokia touch and type phone lands India

Nokia, the largest mobile phone maker in the world,has announced its debut in ‘Touch and Type ‘ design by launching two
models,X3-02 and
C3-01 in Indian market.
Touch and Type phones provide consumers with
the best experience with
the phones having
touchscreen facility and the keypad. Nokia X3-02 nad Nokia C3-01 both are
3G enabled and Priced at Rs 8,839 and Rs9,389,
respectively.
Nokia X3-02 has a 2.4
inch Touchscreen inch
touchscreen with 240×320
pixel resolution. The
traditional alpha-numeric
keypad makes it unique
from other models
available in market. It also
has a powerful 5
megapixel camera, FM
radio , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi
and 32 GB micro SD
support.
Nokia C3-01 also has a
touchscreen and traditional
keypad. This new mobile
provides a 2.4-inch
resistive touchscreen with
240×320 pixels resolution.
It would provide 40MB
internal memory, but would

Indian telecom added 13mn GSM subscribers

India’s GSM subscriber base grew 2.53 percent in January with the addition of
13.71 million mobile phone
users, of which telcom giant
Bharti Airtel alone signed up over 3.3 million.

Sony Ericsson Yendo W150i , a walkman
branded touchscreen phone is now available in India
with Flipkart, an Indian Online Retailer . Yendo
W150i was announced back
in August 2010 but so far it
was not available for Indian
market.
W150i interface is same as the one found on Android
based XPERIA X10 mini and XPERIA X10 mini
pro but it is not a

New charges made by airtel......kindly be informed that airtel charges 50p/3 mins when call is connected to customer care executive.i dont know what they want to tell or what is their aim behind this but i know that airtel sucks!!!

airtel is cheating everyone in india

Airtel is cheating every one in india.customer care of airtel is stupid.airtel simply deduct the money and then customer care is unable to tell the reason.
They are looting in internet services as well.they take rs10 and give just 3mb download while reliance give 25mb for 10 rs.
Today i activated mobile office and airtel deducted 10rs but they didnot activated my service.i made a call to customer care but they said we dont have details.they are foolish and they dont know how to talk with customers.
I say many complaints like this in the complaint forum.
I am giving advice that dont use airtel instead use reliance.airtel is cheating every one.
Realiance also gives very cheap sms plans.you can send sms for just 1p per sms using 11 rupees tariff.

Uninor gprs/edge

Uninor is the latest service provider launched in india.it allows to make local calls as low as 29paise/min but it is not giving gprs facility currently,however it is supporting edge.they have not launched plans and settings for mobile internet.i think uninor will give a good gprs plan as it is giving best internet plan in bangladesh as 'grameen phone'.i think it will give best internet service in india also.it has already made a contract with nsn(nokia siemens network) for providing best internet service.
Their customer care executive says that they will launch gprs/edge plans and settings after new year.
